Andrew Leslie, Pharmacist-owner at Blooms The Chemist Casey Central, Daylesford and Glenorchy, was inspired by Blooms The Chemist Maitland pharmacy owner, Peter Green, who demonstrated what it was like to be an exceptional Pharmacist running a high-performing pharmacy.

“As a result of Blooms’ unique model, a lot of my everyday responsibilities can be shifted over to the support office. I have absolute trust they're working in my best interest, which gives me more time with my team and customers,” said Andrew.
“It allows me to delegate my workload to skilled people in accounting and analytics, and lets me do my job as a Pharmacist at the end of the day.”
