Our Network Development team supports pharmacists who are exploring opportunities with Blooms The Chemist. From finding the right store and location to leasing support and recruitment, they work alongside you at every stage of the journey, whether you are joining Blooms for the first time or bringing an existing pharmacy into the network.
I lead the national store acquisition and leasing strategy for Blooms The Chemist. My role involves identifying and progressing acquisition opportunities through to successful onboarding. I also manage the leasing, shop fit and signage portfolio for the network ensuring strong financial outcomes as well as brand consistency.

I find the right people and the right pharmacies to put together and grow the Blooms network. Sometimes these people already own their own pharmacy, so I encourage them to join Blooms through the Blooms license model.

I help stores with all matters relating to leasing, including renegotiation, interpretation of the lease, disputes, and compliance. For business development, I visit non-Blooms pharmacies and discuss the benefits of joining the Blooms group.
